🌸 Hello, Spring World! 🌸
I hope this season finds you blooming and blossoming with joy and excitement! As your friendly neighborhood Jazz Singer from San Francisco, I thought it's high time for a quick update on what's been keeping me grooving lately.
First things first, I'm diving headfirst into the world of artificial intelligence, and let me tell you, it's been an absolute game-changer! As a graphic designer crafting beautiful textiles and stunning stage outfits, AI has opened up a whole new realm of possibilities for me.
It's not just about creating pretty patterns anymore – it's about utilizing AI to enhance my career, creativity, organization, and overall well-being. Automation = Freedom!
You see, AI isn't just a tool for me; it's a lifeline. It's helping me navigate the ins and outs of everyday life living with dynamic and narrative reasoning dyslexia, with greater ease, from managing stress to staying on top of my schedule. And the best part? It's giving me the gift of time – time to pursue my passions, Love, Music, Food, Art and FUN!
With love, jazz, and a sprinkle of AI magic,
Tré Taylor

2023 Highlights:
* I found myself frequently escaping the freezing, foggy, cold summer days of the San Francisco into the beautiful Hot Springs of Northern California for renewal and healing.
* My father died peacefully in his sleep on May 10th. He was 91. He never spoke much about his childhood or family, but I reached out to one of his sisters and let her know of her brothers passing. Since then, I have discovered that I have several cousins and Lithuanian family I never knew existed. I lost my father, but gained a new family that I hope will fill in the blank pieces to our family history puzzle. Grief, it's part of life. I have peace in my heart with my Dad. I'm glad he is out of suffering and is home now. It freaks me out to think I may live well into my 90's. My niece had a beautiful baby girl in September. THE CYCLE OF LIFE CONTINUES. I know how lucky I am. I am grateful for every moment of this amazing life.
* After many long years of living with severe chronic pain from an injury, I had lost my inner light. I had turned to food for comfort and had gained much weight. I underwent several surgeries that were the best decisions of my life. Today, I am pain free and my weight loss journey has remained successful.
I have lost a total of 165 pounds since 2015, and have found balance within myself, and have kept the weight off.
You may be surprised, much of my weight loss success had hardly anything to do with food or exercise, and everything to do with letting go of mistaken beliefs I made about myself when I was a child that were still affecting me as an adult.
I began to find my true authentic self-worth and am no longer "PLAYING IT SMALL" in life, and have started my own MULTI MEDIA PRODUCTION HOUSE, creating Music, Film, Writing, and Digital Products & TOOLS TO SUPPORT YOU on your life's journey. I'm rolling it out in phases, as I grow this new deliciously FUN venture. STAY TUNED!
I do love to be outdoors and spend much of my time on the beach, walking, and I am an avid heated pool lap swimmer, and adore eating a low carbohydrate, high fat lifestyle. If COVID-19 taught us anything, it is that life is precious and that YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR WEALTH, when you get older. It's given me so much more energy to pursue my true passions & retirement dreams!
Here is my story:
I have spent most of my life doing personal research in the field of Jungian philosophy and psychology, ethics, linguistics, psychohistory, social science and the study of consciousness. I have focused the last decade on the studies of persuasion, NLP, hypnosis, social engineering, subliminal marketing, personal development, and the art of de-programming from social and cultural conditioning.
I have an appreciation for the silly, deadpan, cheezy, slapsticky, dark humorous and satirical side of life. I find joy in the beauty, the oddities, and the ridiculous things - The Really Weird Stuff, people, generations, societies and cultures are uncomfortable to talk about. It's been said, "Religion is for people who are afraid to go to hell, Spirituality is for those who have already been there." This may be where I get my sense of humor.
I AM LIVING PROOF THAT ANYONE CAN CHANGE - Really Change themselves, into whatever they consciously want to become. I believe there is hope for mankind and the future of life on this planet.
My name is Tracy (My friends call me Tré) I'm a San Francisco Bay area native, born in the United States of America. My ancestors are from a line of very old Scandinavian European Nordic and Prussian lineage. My family and maiden name is Lithuanian - Gregonis.
My father was born and raised in a Polish neighborhood in Montclair, New Jersey. He was the tall handsome dark brooding 'Tortured Artist' type. He worked very hard to provide for our family as a construction painter literally on the Golden Gate Bridge for 29 years. He was built like a Viking, and was handsome like classic movie star.
My mother was an amazing woman. She was born in Boise, Idaho. German, French, Polish and Scottish, decent - From a long line of open-range cattle herders, 'The First American Cowboys'. Originally from "The South", who then came to the great state of Idaho. She was a petite, beautiful, elegant, shit kicking, fiery redheaded woman and a 'Jill-of-All Trades'.
Both my parents ended up in the San Francisco Bay area and met in an art class at the College of Marin in the late 1950's, and later both became fine artists. I am a chip off the old block. You could say I was born an artist and have inherited many character traits from both of them. I grew up in the wine country of Napa and Sonoma counties in the 70's and 80's.
Since I was a 4-year-old, my number one question was, "WHY?" I wanted to know why I was here and what was really going on. My family wasn't religious, but I was weird enough to explore them all at a young age. I've been sprinkled, christened, dunked, splashed, anointed by fire, water, air, earth, sage, Gris Gris hand - You name it, I've got them all covered just in case.
I am no longer a fan of the "Blood sacrifice cults", like Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, or Judaism. I ended up not buying ANY religion out there, but I dig the soul in gospel music. I am a born intuitive and have had one eye in this world and one in the others for all of my life. I'm more of a Mystic, Heretic and Gnostic Explorer.
I grew up in a middle-class neighborhood, raised by working class parents, but spent my summers with my wealthy "high roller" grandparents in Beverly Hills CA and Las Vegas NV. I learned how to be creative and grateful for what I had when there was a lack of money, and also learned how an excess of wealth and power can enhance and hinder people. Riches are not always measured in dollars and cents.
I guess you could say I have "Upper Working-Class Values". I clean up well, live and love the finer things in life, and I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get things done. I majored in Psychology & Business Administration. I kissed a few toads, I married, divorced, I kept the name Taylor. I always wanted a family of my own, but I accidentally forgot to have kids.
I have a soothing speaking voice and I love to sing. I spent years in vocal training. I studied with Raz Kennedy (Bobby McFerrin), The Jazz School in Berkeley, CA and studied with David Stroud (Seth Riggs-Speech Level Singing). I worked as a lead vocalist "Soul Singer", and toured the country in Rhythm & Blues, Americana and Big Funk Dance Bands throughout the 1980's & 1990's. Today, jazz is my true passion!
In 1999, a very talented friend Doug Wendt and I started a jazz project called Tré Taylor and The Dangerous Martini Quartet. We were featured at The Plush Room, performed for a decade in the Fillmore Jazz Preservation District, San Francisco, and the Wine Country, Napa & Sonoma, California and performed at many prestigious private parties, and weddings including the Bing Crosby family at their Mansion. We ended our jazz quartet in 2012.
Ruben Salcido (my very dear late friend), introduced me to Dennis Kong and his Diamond Head Jazz Band around Valentine’s Day in 2019, and I started sitting in with the band, performing with some of the best local touring jazz players around.
During COVID-19 Lock downs, I did some super fun session work on some original recording projects and gigged outdoors with Diamond Head Jazz on small outdoor local gigs.

I have spent many years doing epic road trips in STYLE & COMFORT. I had been restoring a 1973 T2 VW Camper Bus in some interesting and creative ways for the last 15 years. I took her out on countless glamping and outdoor adventures, cooking gourmet food in impossible terrains and learning how to enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors, without roughing it.
I had the 2000 cc engine rebuilt. I replaced everything on the bus except the body (which I hand painted leopard print.) I sculpted the bumpers into custom art tiki-totems. IT'S DEAD SEXY! I built my own glamorous theme camp around her. After 15 years of love and labor, I decided it was time for a change. I SOLD HER TO THE PERFECT PERSON IN 2018, a beautiful redheaded Burlesque dancer with a husband that is a mechanic. She said she wants to add a full roof rack and a stripper pole to the roof.
In the past my idea of camping was, a Motel. I was never a fan of camping. Yet, I was invited to some great camping groups, including Burning Man, that opened my eyes to new possibilities. I learned from some pros and I found my own way of how to spend time out in nature, without suffering.
I learned so much, I started the West Coast Glamping Community with over 700 members in our Face Book Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/WCGlampers/
We are a bunch of fun folks who gather together a few times a year and set-up luxurious tents restored vintage trailers, classic camper vans, and other fun recreational vehicles and glamorously camp, and do epic tailgate music jam parties in select remote places all over the Western United States. The Leopard Lair Ultra Lounge VW Bus has moved onto her next new exciting "9 Lives", but the Epic Boomerang Bar, and Music Jam Camp Live On!
Our Camp is fancy yet comfortable, it's called "The Leopard Lounge Camp". We take it to music festivals and other fun events.

I'm all about building community, and serving the world, love, music, art, food and FUN!
There is something transformative about disconnecting from society and the world and just being in nature, where it's quiet and you can see all of the stars in the night sky when you are far from the city lights. When you can hear crickets chirping and smell and see nature blooming reminding you - to slow down and come home and back to the roots of which you are. It's good to reboot your system in simple natural goodness as often as you can. It's even better to do it with silly, fun people in style and comfort.
There is great wisdom in reconnecting to your true natural essence in nature.
I had a rough start. Some fucked up things happened to me at a young age. Since the age of 8, I have lived with PTSD, depression and severe dyslexia, without any help. But us humans are amazing creatures when it comes to survival. My body, mind and spirit developed special abilities to compensate for these short comings.
"When you're one step ahead of the crowd you're a genius. When you're two steps ahead, you're a crackpot." What happens when you are three steps ahead or more? I guess one writes science fiction or journeys the worlds disguised as the Divine Fool.
I am a social girly girl and have always seemed to find wonderful people, friends and families to be there for me all through my childhood and all along my life path. I learned what I needed from other peoples families and found my own way. I call these people my "Chosen Family." These are the people who may not be your blood kin, but they are the ones you trust, love and know you can count on.
I am a lucky person generally, but there were serious rough patches later in life when the past finally caught up with me inside. During those times, I was prescribed depression medications and other meds to treat PTSD. The side effects from the meds became worse than the original problems. Without much support and against the 'over prescribed' medical system, I fired all of the doctors and I saved myself and have found creative ways to heal and make it on my own. Those "Side effects" are actually "Effects", they almost killed me!
I still have dyslexia, but I have found, that the more grounded in "Present time" I become, the less intense it is. Staying present in the NOW helps everything really. Kindle Reader, Audible, great podcasts and some narration software have improved my life greatly! It's allowed me to study things I couldn't before.
I no longer have a learning disability. Now with the help from AI, I am finding a part of myself that I never knew existed. In elementary school I was put in the mental handicapped class because I had dyslexia. I was told I was slow, stupid and that I would never amount to anything because of my learning disability - Dynamic and Narrative Reasoning Dyslexia. This didn't help my confidence. With all of the latest research on my kind of neurodiversity, I have been learning work-arounds and what my creative strengths really are. I was born to be an Entrepreneur, and with all the courage I can muster, I am finally going for it in 2024.
I'M A LEARNING JUNKY! I have had all kinds of mystical experiences throughout my life and had spent years researching how to explain them. I also explored deeper ways of healing and learning through sacred teaching plants. I received much emotional, spiritual, and even physical healing from my Psilocybin and Ayahuasca experiences.
In the 1990's, I became a Master Nero Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. I have the soothing voice that helps put even the hardest to relax people, into deep trance. I even worked as Marketing Director for NLP Institute Comprehensive/California and Anthony Robbins & Associates for a time.
I love brilliant minds and have had the honor of studying some of the best minds out there. I had a private NLP coaching practice, but I found it was not my thing long term. I have taken my work in a bigger direction and have become a private investigator for the soul, heart and mind of humanity. The study of consciousness and the unconscious mind have been my life's mission.
Doing BIG ART and SINGING JAZZ, actually saved my life during the hardest of times. Throwing sic parties and events is what I adore doing, but I spent many years in quiet solitude of self-reflection and isolation as well. I did come to the end of my tears and stood up and started to breath and live again. It's good to take the time to get to know yourself, and then do what is necessary to heal yourself if you have been wounded.
Real peace will help you find your groove and get your true original MoJo back.
The true meaning in the study of the occult is to go deep within one’s psyche and find the hidden spark of the divine within you. This opens your eyes to see the grand truths and the grand illusions. We are all in trance most of the time, being out of trance and knowing the difference is the key.
After years of grieving, healing, forgiving, and letting go, studying and finally just sitting and accepting the lightest and very darkest most disowned parts of my being, I found that simply listening to nature and being patient and compassionate with myself greatly relieved my symptoms.
I began to reconnect with the True Source of Life, that IS the REAL part of me animating this meat suit I'm currently wearing. I started to remember where I came from and who - I Am an Infinite and Sovereign Being.
The more comfortable you are being able to be still and quiet and at peace with yourself, you will begin to remember who you are and break free from the mold that others have cast for you - be it YOU or your family, society, religion, or culture. Once the deprogramming begins, you will remember and awaken to distinguish between this false light matrix and what is Real.
You will resonate with True Source within you. You will fall in Love WITH THE REAL YOU and love yourself in a way that is unshakable. This love will transform you from the inside out. Life will become new and whatever you choose it to be in ways that have purpose and meaning. You will come home, into your 'True Self' and be whole.
Then when you do party like a rock star, become king or queen of your empire, rise and fall on life's rollercoaster of experiences - you will not lose your way.
"People say that what we're all seeking is a meaning for life. I don't think that's what we're really seeking. I think that what we're seeking is an experience of being alive, so that our life experiences on the purely physical plane will have resonance with our own innermost being and reality, so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive"
- Joseph Campbell
I agree. Let's make this new year ALL ABOUT FEELING THE RAPTURE OF BEING ALIVE LIKE NEVER BEFORE.
Trust your gut and your heart.
Laugh and Love as much as possible!
Dare to dream and follow where that dream takes you.
The world is ONE AMAZING UNEXPLORED ADVENTURE! Seize your every day!
BE HERE NOW.
I have some crazy awesome new things cooking and I can't wait to share them with you all!
Follow your heart. Just get out there and express who YOU ARE. Just BE yourself and seize your every day while you are still here and healthy enough to do it!
With Love, Music, Art, Food & FUN,
Tré Taylor
